There’s lots of conflicting information out on the internet about how to exercise and get the results you want.  Our personal trainers know what it takes to help you achieve your goals!  Whether its weight management, nutrition, or a stronger new you we have the skills and knowledge to design a program specifically for you.

  • Not sure how to use equipment?

Using a new piece of exercise equipment can feel intimidating.  We can show you how to safely use equipment, including free weights, stability balls, Russian kettlebells and TRX straps to help you feel and look better.  Learn about reps and sets and how lifting weights and building muscle mass may be the secret answer to achieving your goals!

  • Bored?

Having fun is an important part of any exercise program.  Tired of using the same equipment or unmotivated to get off the couch?  We are here to make your workouts interesting, educational, and challenging.

  • Returning from an injury?

Our personal trainers can help you return to exercise after an injury.  We are not a substitute for a physical therapist or doctor but we can make sure you’re addressing muscle imbalances to reduce risk of another injury or further complications.

  • Training for an event?

Are you training for a 5k, half-marathon or triatholon.  We can give you workouts that will prepare your muscles for the big day.  We incorporate cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises so you can run like the wind!

  • Want to feel like a superstar?

Besides lifting your mood, regular exercise offers other health benefits, such as lowering blood pressure, protecting against heart disease and cancer, and boosting self-esteem.  We will motivate you to push past self-imposed limits, encouraging you to lift heavier, go longer and challenge yourself more than you would on your own. You’ll find it’s very hard to slack off with a trainer standing over you, telling you to do just…one…more…rep!  You may even find hidden strengths you never knew you had!
