Dance Fitness

Dance Fitness is about having fun AND getting your cardio workout! Dance based movements are performed to high-energy music and include a range of intensity options.

MixxedFit

MixxedFit® is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a mix of explosive dancing and bootcamp toning. We dance to our favorite songs on the radio that we would dance to at a nightclub. Then, we spice things up by adding boot camp-inspired exercises to make your workout more effective and challenging.  The choreography is repetitive and very easy to follow which means that our students can naturally increase their level of intensity during their workouts.

Pilates

Pilates is an anaerobic form of holistic exercise designed by Joseph H. Pilates (1880-1968), to strengthen, lengthen, and balance the body. It focuses on breath, core strength, joint stabilization, and coordination. Pilates is not about tiresome repetitions. These gentle exercises are to be performed precisely and slowly with fewer repetitions (generally maximum 10).

Yoga For Everybody

This meditative form of exercise is a great way to tone muscles and increase flexibility. Yoga is a great form of mental relaxation while testing the skills of your body. Practicing yoga helps you become in-tune with your body. Yoga forces you to become aware of the way you move your body and can improve posture, metabolism, and generally improve mood.

Zumba

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? That’s exactly what the Zumba® program is all about. It’s an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party™ that’s moving millions of people toward joy and health.
